R. Anthony Glasgow, BEng, PEng, M.ASCE, GMICE, M.BAPE – Principal

Mr. Anthony Glasgow is a Registered Engineer who holds a BEng in Civil Engineering. He has over 20 years of design and consulting experience  on significant civil and structural works in the industrial, commercial and public sectors across the Caribbean. These include special purpose designs for hazardous buildings and equipment, operations in the health sector and IATA associated specifications. His work comprises schools, multi-storey buildings, roads, water supply and irrigation schemes, and flood control structures, coastal and civil engineering design; environmental management; hydraulics/fluid mechanics, traffic study; serving as design engineer, resident engineer or project manager. Anthony also acquired extensive knowledge on structures behavior under seismic loads and innovative design for foundation supported by soil with very poor bearing capacity. He has redesigned and supervised restoration of specialized equipment for alcohol refinement and managed projects for high volume liquid storage for manufacturing entities and for water harvesting systems in the agricultural sector.  In addition, he has designed several buildings with dominant openings, such as hangars and fixed board operation (FBO) buildings. Anthony has also collaborated on a number of iconic regional projects and contracts of over 10M USD.

William Wilson, BEng, MSc, DIC, PhD- Senior Associate Consultant

Dr. William Wilson holds a BEng from the University of Guyana, MSc, DIC and PhD from the University of London, Imperial College. He has over 34 four years of experience in the project proposal development; project execution and management; structural (timber, concrete and steel) and civil engineering design; environmental management; hydraulics/fluid mechanics. He is currently a lecturer at the University of the West Indies, a former Dean, Faculty of Technology and Head of Civil Engineering Department and Lecturer at the University of Guyana.  Dr. Wilson is also a Fellow of Guyana Association of Professional Engineers (F.GAPE) and Member of American Society of Civil Engineers (M.ASCE).

Hal Collins, BSc

Mr. Collins is very well organized and a team player with a very strong focus on quality output. He is an expert CAD technician with proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.

He has capabilities in report writing, project management, building inspection and condition surveys, site supervision and supervisory management.

Alana Malinde S.N Lancaster, Senior Associate

Alana Lancaster is an energy and environmental lawyer, who is a Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Her main academic qualifications are in the areas of Energy Law, Marine & Environmental Law, Natural Resource Management and Environmental Impact Assessments. Alana has over twenty years’ experience in the field of Natural Resource Management, Policy and Law, which includes stints with the public and private sector and NGO community. Thirteen of those years have also included lecturing Law at the tertiary level: at the University of Guyana and then at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Alana is fluent in Spanish, au fait with French, and has significant exposure to Portuguese.
